Because your booking is sourced through our travel inventory provider, every cancellation request is submitted on your behalf and reviewed before it is finalized β it is not processed instantly at the moment of your call.
When you ask to cancel a booking, here is what happens:

To request a cancellation or refund on a booking made through SkyFlightDeals:
Your agent will submit the request immediately and let you know to expect an email update within 24 hours.
Beyond the 24-hour free cancellation window, refund eligibility depends on the fare type booked:

Once a cancellation is approved:
If your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed by the airline itself, you may be entitled to a refund, rebooking, or compensation under that airline's own policies and applicable passenger rights law. Contact us and we will submit the matter to our inventory provider on your behalf.
For bookings made using a flexible payment plan, the same cancellation terms above apply to the underlying airline fare. Any amounts already paid will be refunded according to fare eligibility, and any future scheduled payments will be cancelled once your cancellation is confirmed.
