3. Booking Terms

You accept full responsibility for ensuring all travelers have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documentation
You understand that all bookings are subject to the individual airline's terms and conditions
Payment in full, or completion of an agreed payment plan, is required to confirm any booking

    Important: Airlines require passenger names to match government-issued photo identification exactly. Errors in name, date of birth, or passport details may result in denied boarding or additional airline fees to correct.
  

4. Pricing & Fare Accuracy

All flight prices and fares quoted by SkyFlightDeals agents are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until full payment has been received and a confirmed booking reference has been issued. Flight prices fluctuate based on airline inventory, demand, and availability.

Any savings figures referenced on this website are illustrative examples based on past bookings and are not guaranteed for any individual transaction.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

SkyFlightDeals supports cancellation and refund requests on bookings made through our agents. Cancellation requests are submitted to our travel inventory provider for review and are typically confirmed within 24 hours, with the outcome sent to you by email. If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you will not be charged for the flight. Beyond that window, refund eligibility depends on the airline's fare rules and ticket type. 6. Limitation of Liability

SkyFlightDeals acts as a booking intermediary only. We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by airlines; lost, delayed, or damaged baggage; or any loss arising from third-party service failures.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that booking.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Mexico.

8. Changes to These Terms
